Construction Details
Each and every panel is designed to meet the specific requirement of our customers. We also try to meet IS/ BS specifications. Our electrical control panels possess following salient features:

• Non hygroscopic bus-bar supports
• Bus-bar supports have high impact and tensile strength
• Highly fire retardant
• Very high tracking index
• All bus-bars are insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves
• Provided with continuous earth bus, all of which are connected to switch gears. Copper or aluminium can also be used as per customer's requirement.

Testing
Our control panels are CPRI tested for 50KA shock circuit breaking capacity and IP-55 ingress protection. Apart from that, these panels also pass through following tests:

• Megger Test
• Very high tracking index
• Operational Test
• Insulation Test for 2.5 KV for 1 minute
• Physical verification of electrical components as per demand.

Cable Terminators
Liberal cable spaces are provided for termination of cables. In higher rating switchgears where more than one cable is used as in case of circuit breakers or MCCB, terminals are extended with bus-bars links where cables can be terminated. Adequate support to hold cables and leads are also provided.

Gasketing
All the matching surfaces are gasketed to stop entry of dust and reptiles. Our panels are duly tested for IP-55 to ensure positive dust proofing.
